4.3 Lamination process
Press the “Auto/heat” button first to heat the inside of the laminator. After the hot plate temperature reaches the set temperature and stabilize, press the “up” button to open the upper cover, and then press the “feed” button. Do not load the part to be laminated, wait until it moves to the lamination area (if you can adjust the displacement switch manually to adjust it), press the “Down” button, there will be a “safety” prompt, all The person (except the operator) is not allowed to stay in the lamination area at this time. Press the "confirm" button of the prompt to lower the top cover of the laminator. After the lamination process is finished, the upper cover will automatically open, and the PTFE cloth in the laminated part will be automatically sent out (if it is sucked up by the upper cover, it should be pulled out manually. Then the laminator will be run again in the same way. At this point, the whole equipment has been stabilized and can be laminated normally. The feeding should be carried out in an orderly manner. The PTFE cloth should completely cover the components, and the lamination process should be carried out according to the previous requirements. 3 There is no misalignment and splicing between the cells; the back film must cover the entire glass。 (after lamination)
1 PTFE cloth should be kept clean, especially the residue of EVA glue should not be left on the surface; if there is EVA glue or other dirt on the back of the laminated component, it should be removed in time。
2 Do not push the components arbitrarily before lamination, to prevent the stack from shifting.
3 The operator shall monitor the vacuum degree of the upper and lower chambers after the components enter the laminating machine. If the vacuum degree does not match the set vacuum, the laminating machine shall be suspended, and the abnormal situation shall be recorded and reflected in time. 4 If the temperature of the hot plate is abnormal (more than 5 °C above the set temperature), the laminator should be suspended, the abnormal situation should be recorded, and promptly responded to the production department leader or the relevant personnel of the Ministry of Protection。
