Prepare the component glass。 If it is suede, lay the surface of the hair on the surface, lay a layer of surface EVA film (the matte side up), and then slide the just assembled battery in series to the surface EVA film。 Then lay a layer of back EVA film (matte face down)。 Finally, the back film (reverse side down) is laid on the uppermost surface, and the outlet hole corresponds to the position of the lead wire (the EVA also corresponds to the position opening hole), and then the lead wire protrudes from the outlet hole。
3.4 Quality requirements:
1 Check the battery for cracks and defects, and replace if necessary。
2 Whether the gap between the battery serial strips is consistent, and no obvious deviation is allowed。
3 positive and negative leads to the civilian must be correct.
4 Check the surface of each layer inside the component, and prohibit all kinds of debris from entering the component.
5 Whether the laminate is laid in accordance with the process card.
1 During the laying process, always pay attention to the symmetry of the position of each layer.
2 When the bus bar is welded, always use the uniform tool to press the bus bar at the welding place.
